TENANT PARKING PERMIT

FOR LICENSEE STAFF ONLY - NOT FOR VISITORS

NOTE

Parking permits are issued on the Staff Name with their Single Motor Cycle Registration Number.

Motorcycles which are not registered on the name are not allowed in Basement Parking Area, Tenant Staff are requested to Contact Loading Dock Office or LuckyOne Retail Office at 2nd Floor for Information and Support.

HOW TO REQUEST PARKING PERMIT (FOR MOTORCYCLES ONLY)

  1. The Licensee can request for Parking Permit for their staff through a requisition form; which is available at Loading Dock Office (Loading Bay); and Retail Operations Office (at 2nd Floor) and also can be downloaded from LuckyOne website at www.luckyone.com.pk/tenantparkingpermit download section.
  2. The Licensee (Store Manager/Supervisor) will write the Brand Details, his/her name with Contact Number in the first section of the Request Form, and will Check NEW PERMIT if Store Manager/Supervisor is applying for the New Permit for his/her/their Staff. Similarly; When Applying for Renewal; Store Manager/Supervisor will Check RENEW PERMIT on the Request Form.
  3. Then, clearly state the Details of Staff in Capital/Block Letters; Staff Name, their CNIC Number, Designation, and Motor Cycle Registration Number on the form; Will also stamp it with Brand/Store Stamp with his/her signature and the date.
  4. Only 15 Staff Members details can be furnished on the Request Form; in Case; the number of staff is more than 15 for the Parking Permit Requirement; Store Manager/Supervisor will Attach/Staple the Copy of this Request Form with their Staff Information, Separately Stamped and Signed with the First One.
  5. Stamped Request Form; can be submitted to Loading Dock Office Only;
  6. The Loading Dock Officer, then take the Form and Enter the Details in their System and wait for the Digital Approval by the LuckyOne relevant Authorities.
  7. Only Licensee/Brand/Store Stamped Request Forms are allowed to be entered in the system; even in case of Renewal; Brand/Store Manager/Supervisor should stamp the form and submit it to the Loading Dock Officer for Renewal/Return of Parking Permit to the Staff.
  8. Parking Permit are for the ease of the staff and Licensee/Store should consent the timeline and esteem the delay (IF) in the process; As Approvals are given on a Security Verification Process and inquiries; and therefore, the Card Distribution may take maximum 2 days; depending upon volume and number of staff requisitions.
  9. Similarly; LuckyOne also demand the Licensee/Brand/Store to apply for the required Motor Cycle holders Staff members Only which are working at LuckyOne Mall’s Branch/Store; on ethical basis. Any request/member if found; not working at LuckyOne Mall, may result in cancellation of complete requisition including all number of Staff, and Licensee/Brand will not be able to get any permit for their staff in future as well, and marked as blacklisted.
  10. To get the permit Staff will contact the Loading Dock Station and get the permit by telling/sharing the CNIC number.
  11. Loading Dock Officer will enter the CNIC number and if found approval will give the staff their Named Parking Permit.

HOW TO GET PARKING PERMIT ON SUBMITTED REQUESITION

    1. The Staff can contact the Loading Dock after One/Two Day(s) of submission of the Request Form; if Applied for New Permit; Staff can share his CNIC number with the Loading Dock Officer and ask for the Permit Card.
    2. If Applying for the Renewal/Return of the Permit Card; Loading Dock Officer requires a Requisition Form with Staff Information; to Return or Renew the Permit Card

HOW TO GET INSIDE LUCKYONE MALL TO DESIGNATED PARKING – USING PARKING PERMIT

    1. Every Motor Cycle Entry and Exit Requires the Permit Card; Every Card will be Marked through the BARCODE/QRCODE mention on the Card through the LuckyOne System;
    2. LuckyOne Security Guard will ask the Motor Cycler to show the Card; and will Scan it through the system; and will allow if the system shows the validity of the Card.
    3. The Security Guard will also check the Registration Number Plate of the Motor Cycle; any Motor Cycle with missing Number Plate or Registration will not be allowed in the Premises; the Security Guard may also take back any Parking Permit Card; if the Number Plate/Registration is differed from Motor Cycle Registration Number on Permit Card; 
    4. Also, When the Parking Permit Card is expired; the Security Guard will also keep the Guard and will not allow the Staff to enter in the Premises with his Motor Cycle.
    5. Security Guard can hold and take back all Expired, Faulty, Disputed, Black listed Permit Cards from the Staff.

HOW MOTOR CYCLE PERMIT GETS EXPIRED!

    1. Every Permit Card when not Marked in consecutive 5 days; will automatically gets expired in the system.
    2. Expiry Cards are not allowed in the premises; LuckyOne security Guard will keep the Expired Card.
    3. The Expiry Card is when Identified; transfer from Security Guard Back to Loading Dock.

HOW TO RENEW MOTOR CYCLE PERMIT!

    1. The Expiry Card will remain in the custody of LuckyOne; till Renew.
    2. For Renewal of the Expired Permit Card; the Licensee/Brand/Store Manager/Supervisor will fill the Requisition form (Mentioned in Point #1 – How to Request Parking Permit) - (with the RENEW PERMIT CHECK) and write down the Detail of Staff Member, Stamp the Form and will Submit Back to Loading Dock;
    3. The Loading Dock Officer, then take the Form and Enter the Details in their System and wait for the Digital Approval by the LuckyOne relevant Authorities.
    4. When Approved; will follow the same instructions as stated in point number 10 and 11; of this document.

BLACKLISTED PERMITS

    1. If the Security Guard found the Motor Cycle with a different number than Permit Card; he will hold the Card and will not return to the Staff; Similarly; if the person using the card is not an employee of Licensee/Brand/Store or Card Name is different than Name on CNIC; or Verification shows the Card does not belongs to the Staff which is trying to enter in the premises or the Card Holder is a Contractor using someone else Card; All Cards of the Licensee will be deactivated immediately and Licensee of Brand Staff may not use the Parking Facility in the future - Brand Blacklisted.

SURRENDER PERMIT

    1. The Licensee/Tenant/Store Staff which is separated from their Job Role/LuckyOne Branch by any mean or through any process /Shifted/Transferred or End Of Service; should return the Permit to Loading Dock Station or to Retail Operation Department; similarly; when Permit Card is expired and identified at the Gate, the Staff should return the Permit Card to the Security Guard.

PARKING FACILITY AND SERVICE

    1. LuckyOne designated this Parking Space for their Licensee/Tenant Staff’s Motor Cycles in Basement One; The Motor Cycle staff will now use the Loading Dock Staff Gate # 1; Going towards the Basement; the Gate is secured with Security Guards which will check and monitor the Permit and will guide the Motor Cyclers to the Basement Route. We therefore; request All our Licensee(s)/Brand(s)/Store(s) to understand the procedure and guide their staff for using the facility for their ease – we together will bring the change and make our team and systems stronger – your cooperation in implementing the successful system will be highly appreciated.
