At LuckyOne Mall, we understand that sometimes valuable items can get misplaced or left behind during shopping.

That's why we have a dedicated Lost and Found Unit located on the Ground and Lower ground floors information counter to assist you in locating your lost belongings or reporting items that you have found within LuckyOne Mall.

    REPORTING LOST ITEM

    Convenient and Efficient Reporting Process at LuckyOne Mall

    Our friendly staff is trained to handle lost item inquiries with care and efficiency, helping you retrieve your belongings and providing peace of mind. At LuckyOne Mall, we understand that losing personal belongings can be distressing. That's why we have a dedicated Support System in place to assist you in reporting lost items and facilitating their retrieval.

    Fill the Form to register your Lost Item - We encourage you to provide as much detailed information as possible about the lost item, including a description, the date it was lost, and the approximate location where it went missing.


    OR if you're not reporting the Lost Item directly; you can report it at Information Desk; You will be asked to fill the Report Lost Property Form, with all the required information - This will greatly assist us in locating your belongings.

    Rest assured that our dedicated team is committed to assisting you throughout the process. We will make every effort to locate and return your lost belongings in a timely manner.

    Any items of lost property found and handed at our Information Counters will be passed to us. The details of each Found Item will be logged into our database and that item shall remain with the Retail and Customer Service teams for a maximum period of 7 days.


    On completing the Information Form we will cross-check the description of your Lost Property that you provide against our Database.


    In the event that we are unable to match any Found Item to the description provided by you, we will continue to check that description against our Database at reasonable intervals for a maximum period of 7 days, as new Found Items are frequently added to our database.

    In the event that we identify a Found Item that we believe matches the description of your Lost Property, we will contact you on the provided contact details informing you regarding the relevant Found Item.


    Any description of the condition of a Found Item given by us shall be the result of a visual inspection of the Found Item in question as part of the process of attempting to match Found Items to their owners, and should not be taken as any representation or warranty from us to you as to the condition of the Found Item. Nothing in these terms shall impose any obligation on us to carry out any search that requires more than such a visual inspection.


    Should you indicate that you wish to collect a Found Item from our Mall, we will make it available for collection at our Information Counter at Ground Floor during the Mall operational hours only.

    Any Found Item that has not been claimed within 7 days of it being logged into our Database shall be regarded as Abandoned Item - We reserve the right to dispose-off any Abandoned Items and to retain the proceeds of any such disposal.


    We shall not be liable for, and you hereby agree to hold us harmless against, any and all losses, costs, claims, liabilities and/or demands of any nature arising directly or indirectly from disposal of any Abandoned Item.


    Perishable items will not be retained beyond the point where it is evident (in our judgment) that they have degraded to the extent that continued storage is no longer justified, or if, in our assessment, they pose a risk to the well-being and safety of our employees or any other individuals.
