At LuckyOne Mall, we support our retail partners with a dedicated parking facility for their registered staff with motorcycles.

Located in the basement and monitored by 24/7 security, this service ensures hassle-free access, allowing your team to focus on their work.

How to Apply for Parking Permit?

Retailer staff can obtain and submit a Manual Requisition Form at Time Office (Located at LuckyOne Loading Dock Entrance).
After system entry and electronic approval, they will receive a parking permit from the same office by showing their CNIC and Job Card.

Issued on Terms and Condition of Use

All Parking Permit holders are requested to take new Permit Card from Time Office - From 1st February 2025 - by submitting their old card to the Desk.

Old format will not work after 1st March 2025.

Following are the Terms and Condition (with the procedure); which are applicable to Parking Permit generated from Lucky Landmark (Pvt) Ltd System.

For Lucky Landmark (Pvt) Ltd Retailers and Partners Only.

Parking permit are issued to the applicant upon verifying their job card and CNIC.
Starting from 2025, parking permits have been updated to a new format, with staff information no longer included.
Permits are now checked and verified using LuckyOne parking terminals.

1. How To Apply for Parking Permit

Retailer staff can obtain/get a Manual Requisition Form by showing their CNIC and Job Card/Employee ID for Parking Permit from LuckyOne Time Office (Located at LuckyOne Loading Dock Entrance). Retail Staff is required to Fill the Form with their Complete Information (Name, Mobile Number, Designation, Brand and Company with their Motorcycle License Plate Number (Registration Number) as Vehicle Number.
In Addition to this the manual requisition form should be stamped and signed by their Store Manager with his/her Name and Contact Number.
Submit the filled Form with CNIC Copy at the same (desk/station) Time Office.

2. How To Get Parking Permit (Card)

After Form Submission at Time Office, The Time Office Staff will Enter the Details mentioned on the Form in the System - the Requisition will float to the Approval Authority and On Approval, the Staff will wait for the Applicant to visit the Time Office for collecting their Card.
The Approval process may take 2 hours.
The Retailer Staff (as applicant) can get the Permit (Card) by showing their CNIC and Job Card at Time Office.

3. Parking Permit Expiry

All permits will expire if not updated within 10 consecutive days. In such cases, retailer staff must reapply for the permit by following the same application process through manual form submission. The security staff will confiscate (i.e., take back) the permit card from retailer staff once it has expired.


The parking permit expiry process is implemented to ensure the safety of all retailer staff. This is particularly important as retailer staff often transfer from their LuckyOne outlet/store to other locations without timely communication to the security team.

4. Permit Verification on Entry and Exit

Parking Holder will handover their Parking Permit to Security Staff - Standing at Parking Terminal, the Security staff will check their Permit by Scanning it on the Terminal, The Terminal Screen will show the information of the retailer staff on the screen - and Security Staff will allow the Retailer Staff to Enter in the Parking Area with their Motorcycle - returning their Permit.
Similarly; On While Exiting from LuckyOne Parking Area, Security will check and verify the Parking Permit on Terminal, and scan Parking Permit.
System will Mark Entry and Exit Time Stamp in the System with the Staff Name with their motorcycle.

5. Permit found Expired while Verification

Expired Permit when scanned on Terminal shows the Expiry Notification, and security will take and confiscate the Parking Permit and will not allow the Permit Holder to park their motorcycle inside LuckyOne Mall Parking area.

6. Parking Violations and Challan

Permits are issued in accordance with established operating procedures, and permit holders are required to adhere to all defined parking protocols.

Wrong Parking and overspeeding will result in fines issued through violation challans.
Pillion riding is strictly prohibited within LuckyOne premises for safety purpose.
Incorrect vehicle number registration may lead to the permit holder being blacklisted.
Parking permits are non-transferable and must not be shared with anyone. If a permit holder is found sharing their permit, they will be fined through a challan, and the other individual involved will be blacklisted permanently.

7. Park at your own risk

The use of parking facilities is at the permit holder's sole risk. The management of LuckyOne Mall is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or belongings.

The management is not liable for accidents, injuries, or property damage incurred within the parking premises.

Motorcylist must park vehicles properly, ensure they are locked, and avoid leaving valuable items inside.

8. Overnight Parking

Overnight parking is strictly prohibited unless prior notification is provided to the management and explicit approval is obtained.

Vehicles left overnight without informing the management will be subject to penalties, including fines or possible permit suspension.
In Such cases; Security is liable to be handed over the Vehicle/Motorcycle to police

Permit holders must provide valid contact details when notifying the management of overnight parking needs.

In case of emergencies, permit holders must immediately inform the security or management team to avoid penalties.

The management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles left overnight, even if prior notification is given.

9. Admission Rights Reserved

The management reserves the right to grant or deny access to the parking facility at its sole discretion, regardless of whether a valid parking permit is held.

Parking permits may be issued, suspended, or revoked by the management without prior notice if the permit holder violates the rules or poses a risk to the premises.

Access may be denied to individuals involved in misconduct, non-compliance with parking rules, or actions that threaten the safety and order of the premises.

The management also reserves the right to deny access of a motorcycle due unfit condition of a vehicle for safety/noise pollution purpose.

The management may impose temporary restrictions on parking access during maintenance, special events, or unforeseen circumstances.
The decision of the management regarding admission to the parking premises is final and binding.

Adherence to Terms and Conditions

By obtaining and using a parking permit, the holder agrees to abide by all terms and conditions set forth by LuckyOne Mall. Non-compliance with these terms, including parking regulations and safety protocols, may result in fines, suspension, or revocation of the permit. LuckyOne Mall reserves the right to take appropriate action against violations to ensure the safety and efficiency of the parking facility. It is the permit holder's responsibility to stay informed about and comply with the stated policies.

Online Application Process for Parking Permit

This option is available exclusively to registered partners of LuckyOne Mall who wish to apply for staff or member permits online.

To apply online, the licensee or registered partner can send request via email to retail@luckyone.com.pk or support@luckyone.com.pk, providing their email address for receiving the OTP.
Please note that online access for partners is subject to approval by LuckyOne Management.

(IF) Found Lost or Not in Use!

Return the parking permit to the Time Office at the LuckyOne Mall Gate.

Please note: The permit card does not store the permit holder's information and cannot be shared or used for any other purpose. Permits are verified exclusively through the LuckyOne Parking Terminal System.
