EXPECTATIONS FROM RISE-MTs

Emerging Leaders are expected to learn, grow and Nurture under this Trainee Program.

Working under Competitive Practical Experience Supervisors in a Professional Environment and expected to maintain Office Decorum during their Training Period.

Collaborate, develop and maintain relationships with colleagues, mentors, project involved teams-while proactively seeking feedback.

Take full responsibility with planning and organizing activities related to the assignment as well as delivery of assigned objectives, projects and results.

Actively participate in the programme (on the job tasks, peer learning, mentoring and training assigned)

Take full ownership and charge over their development.
